Introduction:
The following terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of the Signage Software and the services provided through it ("Services") provided by interactive-menus.com DBA Monix Inc. ("Company"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

License to Use the Services:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. The Services may only be used in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Restrictions on Use:
You agree not to: (i) use the Services for any commercial purposes, including selling, renting, or otherwise exploiting the Services or any portion thereof for any commercial gain, (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on the Services or any portion thereof, (iii) copy, distribute, transfer or otherwise make available the Services to any third party, or (iv) use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services.

User Content:
The Services may allow you to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and audio ("User Content"). You retain all rights in and to your User Content. By making any User Content available through the Services, you grant to the company a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and the company's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

User Conduct:
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) using the Services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any illegal activity, (ii) transmitting or otherwise making available any User Content that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, harmful, threatening, or otherwise illegal or offensive, (iii) using the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person, (iv) using the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods or services without the company's prior written consent, or (v) using the Services to transmit any software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
The company provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. The company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the company will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Ownership:
The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Company owns the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Software, and reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event will the Company be liable for any damages, including without limitation, any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, or for any other claim by any other party.

Termination:
The Company may terminate this license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

General Provisions:
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Software. These Terms may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both you and the Company. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
